Dreams For Life Helps Uluwatu Fire Victims

On Thursday the 6th of April a devastating fire raged through a number of popular Warung's in Uluwatu leaving 25 locals who work in the businesses there homeless without anything but the clothes on their back!

To these people this is their livelihood the only place of income and ultimate support to their families and by nightfall on Thursday 6th everything they had was completely taken from them. See pictures below.

In hearing the news we decided to help out by sourcing T-shirts, shorts, pants, underwear and even baby's clothes for a 2 year girl who was also affected by the fires. So yesterday on the 7th April we made our way to the building ruins to pass the much needed donations to the part owner Made and his Wife Susie who were extremely grateful for the generous support to their staff and families.

So happy that we were able to help, thanks to our Volunteer Natalia in Bali for highlighting the issue quickly and being part of the relief effort!

Amazing effort team
